Easy Bake Fish Recipe




  Swai fish baked with lemon pepper and dill, with a Melony of vegetables, broccoli carrots, Juliane red, yellow and green peppers, in a lemon butter sauce. Um um good. I give myself a pat on the back for that.
I made some fried rice today, I believe I truly stuck my foot in it , reason being, because I think I tasted a toe!smile

Finally I am able to get back to some real food. I cooked a chicken pot pie , I wanted the thick soupy like broth in it. F or a minute I though that I was eating another old favorite Chicken AND DUMPLING, COME TO THINK OF IT I WILL COOK HEM IN ABOUT A WEEK OR SO.
M y life for the last three weeks has been soups. teas and herbs. A person would really be surprised at the numbers of amazing things one can get from these items. Who says that one can't make a meal or, survive from them.

I've enjoyed expressing my food thoughts with you. This was a very interesting part of the class  which will be very memorable for me. Who knows maybe I will continue with it . Thank you and God bless.I know I owe you one more blog, so here goes.

While I was experimenting with foods, made some thing most interesting. I can't revile it yet because it is to be a surprise.
Well I am looking today to cook a real old time favorite slow cooked beef stew. I truly can't wait until it is finish . This is what I like, and was bought up on however I would do some improvement with the time and the broth.
Many thanks to some of the old school remedies, teas soups broths greens beans. That is where I regain energy , when I need to recover.
SO NOW I AM OUT OF SOUPS, I must go to the refrigerator, I am looking for fresh produce that can be made into a soup celery, corn, peas, I even used some left over black eye peas. All I want mostly is the pot liquid from it, oh yeah some hot stove corn bread will do also.
I've mostly eaten just about any and all the soups there is to eat. IT REALLY PAYS TO KEEP YOUR CABINET FULL OF CAN GOODS ESPECIALLY SOUPS. Even those you don't like.BECAUSE WHEN YOU ARE SICK WITH MOST COLDS OR FLUES THAT IS ABOUT ALL YOU CAN KEEP ON YOUR STOMACH.

If ever some one wants to make me happy ,cook me some  old fashioned finger licking good barbeque.
For the holiday I didn't cook much because I was ill thanks to Keith. However I'm  planning  do over. This time I'll do chicken  this time for I've got some of the rub left over.









Now this is a dish that can truly make you forget about your diet. Caution please for I am not respond able for any thing I do when it comes to this dish.
Bar be que is one of my favorite dishes. I still like the slow roasted  grill way, with  the finger licking good sauce. I MUST BE CAREFUL FOR ITS VERY HARD NOT TO OVER DO THINGS. SMILE
I used  the dry rub that I  made at the open house. I can say that it was very good thanks so much. I am truly a fan of it .Oh yea I though that I had all the ingredients ,only to find  that I was out of the sauce. I went to the cabinet and began to search for ingredients, and yes I was very happy with the resorts.

With Memorial Day coming I don't know how I can stick to my diet of fruit ,veges and water. But then again I think, I do know! I'll eat less of my favorite dish barbeque Don' you agree?
 I believe that this is truly more appealing than the meatloaf. Just saying who would do that to a child?
While watching the Test cooking network I picked up  two more recipes.One  is roasted chicken with a mushroom sauce, the other meatloaf with wild mushroom included as a binder and the other used in the sauce. I only wish that I could send a video of the finished product..

Saw a very interesting recipe on the food network channel, forgot the chef's name but the dish was watermelon, roasted shrimp, with goat cheese salad. Sounds very interesting doesn't it . I know can't wait to try it

Even though I am not a fan of roman noddle's I am excited about the competition, so much that I left that day upon hearing and went out and brought a pack. Experimenting with them I came up with quit  a few new dishes. It kind of changed my mind about them. 
Whenever my body gets weak I have to turn to my pot liquids. You know all the vitamins that are gathered in the juices. I put on a pot of great northern and pinto mixed. Made some cornbread muffins, but this time I chopped up some crispy bacon and added it to the mix. All I can say is that I MUST REFRAME FROM GOING INTO THE KITCHEN
One of the young men from the International class often me a sandwich which he had made. I must say it was truly delicious. Being I am true fan of lunchmeat it really hit the spot. M any thanks to him.

LIKE driving in the heavy traffic nor standing in the long lines.

Water and fruit is my new diet plan, so for so good. While doing so I said that I would challenge myself to try new fruit. I know that there are so many, I'll just take the summer and see whether or not I can stay with it.  With hope of becoming healthier, as well as losing weight.
While sitting in the library, my  stomach begin to growl of hunger. I was about to do something  which I really try to stay away from , go to the smack machine. Just as I was about to make the move, Chef Demeko stepped in and asked if anyone was hungry? Yea he saved me as well as the day. It was salad, spaghetti with a wonderful tomato sauce, and a garlic butter toast. I can say now that my tummy feels so good. And yes I thanked and complimented him.

I caught half a segment of the food channel, they were doing some type of blackened fish. I don't know the type of fish or all the ingredients, however I do know that I truly want to see the  whole show    
I really found much pleasure while working with the Junior  High School Competition Team. I believe that I was more excited than they were nervous. smile  I wanted help more than what was allowed .Chef Chi told me to let them do things by themselves.

Yesterday we had another one of our annual family picnic. I Found myself critiquing every dish I really wanted to bring some of my culinary teachings, but the preparing were already done and I forgotten about it. But guess what. I will be on board next year and maybe even the caterer.

I must say that I am truly happy with 2 of  White Castle's new additions.  They are both sliders. one bacon cheeseburger the other fish and cheese. Oh I know  they just may be the original  sandwiches , but  something different has be added its got to be the love and care. Just saying I can feel and taste it . :)

I SAW AN ESIPODE ON THE FOOD NETWORK CHANNEL WHERE THEY COOKED BAKED FRIED CHICKEN. IS THAT AT ALL  POSSIBLE?  YES, AND IT SURE LOOKED  GOOD . I KNOW THAT IT TASTED THAT WAY ALSO.CAN'T WAIT TO TRY IT.
I was doing a little spring cleaning when .I came across some old and new recipes.Some from the old phases , some that I wrote down when watching the cooking channel (which is my favorite one).I then organized them and said that I would cook  dishes per week.

I believe that this is the way I want to cook whereas there will not be as many leftover or foood waisted. Also I won't spend as much time cooking as I normally do.
I was about to prepare Sunday dinner, you know 2 vege and  protien. When I realize that it was going to be to much food.Memory soon took me to the place that when prepareing culinary dishes they were always and individuial dishes. So Ipulled out a piece of fish ,added 2 sides of vege ,and called it a day.

JUST MESSING AROUND AND CREATE A NEW DISH FOR MYSELF . IT WAS SO GOOD I EAT THE WHOLE THING IT WAS ONLY A SMALL PORTION THOUGHT. MY PHONE DOESN'T DO ALL THAT FANCY STUFF SO I WAS UNABLE TO VIDEO OR TAPE IT.

MANY TIMES I SEE RECIPES OF THE FOOD CHANNELS. BUT THEY HAVE A TIME LIMIT AND IT IS VERY HARD TO COPY THEM.SO SAD FOR THEY ARE TRULY SOME GOOD ONES ON THERE.I WILL JAVE TO FIGURE OUT SOMETHING.

EASTER WEEKEND

The Easter week end was grand. Although I was invited to friends and family homes for dinner, whereas I normally do the cooking it was most enjoying. Just sitting back fellowshipping with other  I must say it was very relaxing.

I was out and about todaywent to walmart.Walked in on the taste samplers smoked salmon dip with dill and sour cream.new to me but very tasty. Another one was an fruit salad once with yogart dressing I think that one needed some crunch.

Well I have came back down to earth now. It was all amazing while it lasted. I am truly looking forward to something of this matter again.

I hate that I was in such a hurry, or that I had to go to work. One, because I wanted to view the overall finish project, and that I missed the peach cobbler, and the mac & cheese. I truly felt that all went well and that miss Robbi was well pleased
Before leaving I asked if it was ok to take a little something with me to eat. Igrabbed a little of the greens (for you know the AP is not the same as the EP) after cooking,and a lot of the pot liquid for energy.I also got a small piece of chicken.I really wished that I had taken a second piece.
My dish was ham hocks and collar greens. At first I was worried about the time frame,greens normally take about 2-3 hours, but I had to come up with something to make things work faster than that being I had to leave for work.
I really enjoyed it friday cooking for miss Rorri the owner of Sweetie Pies restuarant in Stl. She was filming from the school on 4/14/14.Every one was in a fransy and all excited. However that didn't stop or hinder the taste of dished that each student was responable for preparing
